Mest up a simple seat cleaning ,went back a second time and now its still derty plus they messed up my headliner on my 2020 Kia Soul and they are not wheeling to fix the problem ,I will not let this slide Angry

Refund of $10 for both November & December as well as the full refund of $35 for January as the service hasn't been used & was cancelled the day the cycle started again.

Complaint

I was getting my car washed at 67th and cactus. When I was pulling up to the entrance, the general manager Joe came out in an aggressive manner and approached me about not having a sticker on my car. The attendant gave me a sticker that said I didn't need to place the sticker on my car. Joe was very assertive and aggressive in manner and could have handled the situation a lot better. When I called the corporate number, I got redirected to another cobblestone. The general manager Shane assisted me and handled the matter well. The general manager at 67th and cactus could learn to be less aggressive in his manner and handle himself appropriately. That is not a way to run a business.

I had an encounter with the GM on 67th Ave and Catus .. He was aggressive and confrontational right from the start as I pulled up in my car to go through the car wash. I didnt have the sticker on my car and he said if you dont put it on I could go somewhere eles, that was company policy. I can understand company policy but he didnt have to be that aggressive in his approach. I called what I thought was the cooperate headquarters, but I spoke to a GM named Shane, he listened and was apologetic to the situation. What he did was listen. The GM at the 67th Ave location should take notes from Shane.. Great GM

Impossible to cancel membership

I've been trying to cancel my membership since Dec. 10th, 2021, and they just have a form you must fill out online. They are supposed to contact you back, and they do not do it. They keep charging my card. When I signed up, the employee told me that the cancelation process was very simple and that I just needed to go to their office and return the sticker, but she gave me wrong information because it has been a nightmare. Do not sign up for the membership!

Scratch car

My car get scratches all over n the manager never call I call multiple times asking for a response n I get excuses

Unable to make contact with Phoenix office

We canceled our automatic monthly car wash programs in July 2021 before departing the USA. We were charged $17.00 for August and were given the appropriate $17.00 credit rebate. I discovered my credit card has been automatically charged $17.00 for the last three months (September, October and November). We destroyed the car wash decals before selling our cars and relocating to the country of Panama. My efforts to contact their Phoenix office (leaving my cell number on their message system) or attempting to send an email message have failed to produce results.

Stay away from this place. I have left multiple messages with customer service and have not had a reply.

We stopped it back in April 21 and they started charging it again in June. Even the admin offices don't answer their phones.

I need to cancel my plan and get a refund. I haven't used the fast pass in over 3 months and thought I canceled but I keep getting charged 32 dollars every month. It has been very difficult to get a hold of a live person on the phone, I've tried many times.

Impossible to cancel

I have a totalled car that am still being charged a monthly car wash club fee for because they are making it incredibly difficult to cancel!

Carwash took off my weather stripping on my BMW X5m and it's all caught on camera and they still denied my claim with isva bunch of *** that weather stripping cost $470 dollars to replace never again will I go back the worst experience I ever had

Frustrating

They close early without warning. Membership is damn near impossible to cancel if the guy entering your email address makes a mistake. Garbage customer service.

I have called over 10 times left voicemails and call back Information no one ever calls back or answers the phone I want to speak to someone to make sure my membership is cancelled I put my membership on hold prior and you guys still charged me and yes it was 5 days before my membership renewal
