Mest up a simple seat cleaning ,went back a second time and now its still derty plus they messed up my headliner on my 2020 Kia Soul and they are not wheeling to fix the problem ,I will not let this slide Angry

You must purchase something to get cash to tip the workers .If I have already bought a carwash why should I need buy a drink or candy to get cash

User's recommendation: Take cash to tip the hardworking people. If not besides paying for the wash ,you must also purchase something to get cash to tip.

Took money out of bank account 3 times

Your company took out $80+ of bank in July 3times. No one has responded or put back money. The crew you have on 12st Indianschool have no customer service skills at all.didnt care about my problem.

Membership notworking

Please help my membership is not working I just got it I've had a membership in the past but I cancelled it and was told that everything was good please let me know if there's something that I need to do can't wait to use the product again thank you

You billed me for a service I cancelled I went through the line and the machine beeped I had the service gentleman reset machine so I paid that day and now you charged for the $28

Bad Customer service

Branden asst. at the Cobblestone on Happy Valley and 19th ave. Branden has some serious anger issues. I went to get my car wash I was having issues with the bar code on my car. Branden came with attitude.. I feel this car wash has been poor service ever since I have signed up.. I have now canceled my membership.. bad customer service..

Complaint

Cobblestone employee by the name of Don at baseline and Kyrene. Told me to pull me car forward to vacuum. I told him its a rolls Royce and the doors open the other direction. He then told me cant you *** listen I told him to watch what he said to me. Then he told me he didnt care if I wanted to fight lets go. Then the ticket writer took him aside.

Cancellation

I cancelled my membership months ago. I am still being charged and the customer service agents are impossible to get In touch with. This has truly been a nightmare. Ive made several attempts and emails from their website and the emails never send. The page just keeps refreshing.

I went in to get an inspection for Uber theres nobody in line so I figured I ask them if they can do a certain kind of work on my vehicle that needs to get done the general gentleman proceeded to say that they could get the job done by the end of the day mind me it was 3:00 PM my car will be done by six I went back your car wasnt done the right way so the guy said bring it back in am .......

Bad service,

They messed up my interior couldnt fix it the first time second time I came out looking worse second time they messed up my rooftop by trying to clean spots off without me signing a waiver because I didnt want to get it done but they went on and did it again why I dont know know my seats are dirty and my top of my car is Ryan and I need to get replaced and the area manager all he wants to do is for me to take him back to his location or another location to fix it but I dont want to touch my car so he said thats all you can do for me so people dont going to cobblestone auto spa at any location very very bad service I would not recommend it Adam
